Your personal contact information is provided by the companies that hire us to care for your health. After the initial contact, we update your registration information and collect sensitive health-related data to understand your needs and direct you to appropriate professionals and services.

The data collected for initial contact includes name, gender, date of birth, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), treatment name, home address, email, mobile phone number, health insurance plan, and employer. For individuals with dependents or minors, access to personal data is only granted when provided by parents or guardians.
When addressing the need for health guidance and referrals to professionals and services, we can collect data on health-related physical characteristics, dependence for activities of daily living, personal health history, and medication use.

We store personal information on servers provided by third-party companies that may be located in other countries, with higher quality and certified security mechanisms against intrusion, and with access restricted to people working to help care for you.

As required by law, we retain your health data records for the time period stipulated in the contracts and applicable legislation. Furthermore, the data is anonymized to prevent user identification and used to improve our ability to understand needs and provide guidance, professionals, and healthcare services in future research.

Personal data may be shared with professionals and service providers, restricted to the functions and activities performed by each and in accordance with the purposes established above. We have a duty to protect the data of the people we care for, and we require our partners to adopt at least the same levels of security and information protection that are adopted in the company. We are not responsible for the misuse of your personal data and your sensitive personal data by third parties and/or partners.
