Agile Health Tech is a startup focused on the digital transformation of healthcare management, offering innovative solutions aimed at optimizing healthcare through digital interactions. Our platform integrates WhatsApp with proprietary artificial intelligence to provide personalized guidance, monitoring, and direction to health plan beneficiaries, focusing on prevention, cost reduction, and improved health outcomes.

With an agile, humanized, and intelligent approach, our solution aims to continuously engage beneficiaries in preventive care and optimize the allocation of resources within health plans. Our platform, initially developed for COVID-19 control, has evolved into effective population health management, enabling the delivery of personalized care and reducing hospitalizations and emergency room visits.

Cases / Results

Sompo Saúde

Digital care for physical and mental health.

During the pandemic, we collaborated with Sompo Saúde to transform population health management, initially focused on telephone monitoring, into a digital navigation platform via WhatsApp. The solution achieved the following results:

  • 82% of messages were read and 50% of people interacted with the team.

  • 60% of the identified health needs were met by our multidisciplinary team.

  • A 10% reduction in emergency room visits and hospitalizations, generating savings of R$ 2.9 million.

  • NPS 91, reflecting high user satisfaction.

Navigation for elderly patients

  • We implemented a digital navigation solution to manage the health of an elderly population with comorbidities. The results were:

    • 91% of messages were read and 49.6% of recipients interacted.

    • The program helped reduce hospitalization rates and emergency room use, resulting in additional savings of R$ 5 million.

    • An NPS of 89 indicates high acceptance of the platform.

Hospital das Clínicas of FMUSP

Complex care and predictive models

In the challenge of diagnosing and managing Long COVID, which affects 10% to 30% of patients after SARS-CoV-2 infection, HCFMUSP (Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo) launched a challenge seeking innovative solutions. Agile Health Tech was selected to implement a digital navigation platform for screening and diagnosing the disease. The solution, based on integration with WhatsApp and the use of artificial intelligence, yielded the following results:

  • 858 patients tested positive for COVID-19, with 475 interactions on the platform.

  • 33% of patients develop long-term COVID, with symptoms such as memory loss, shortness of breath, and hair loss.

  • 72% of patients received two or more digital follow-up appointments, with the majority receiving exclusive support from the digital navigation team.

  • The platform used an AI algorithm to identify patterns suggestive of Long COVID from text messages, with 72.2% accuracy in identifying high-risk patients.

  • A Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92 reflects the high patient satisfaction with the solution.

Cuidado digital para aumento de produtividade

In just four weeks, we implemented an active search for 300 employees and family members in Nova Xavantina, which was tracked over three months. The results were:

  • Engagement rate above 80%.

  • Increased access to telemedicine services in remote regions.

  • Increased work readiness, measured using a validated and standardized scale.

  • Reduction in complaints of sadness, pain, and sleep problems.

  • NPS of 91.
